1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dtto ("the App"), operated by DTTO, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use dtto. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. How dtto Works

dtto allows you to select people from your phone's contacts. If a mutual selection occurs (both parties choose each other), both users are notified of the match. Selections are completely private until mutual.

4. Privacy & Contacts

dtto accesses your contacts solely to enable the matching feature. We do not share your contact list with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose
• Create fake or misleading accounts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Violate the rights of other users

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers

dtto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or any particular outcome from using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTTO, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
